This Privacy Policy describes the information SymmetriCall Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects about you and how it is shared or otherwise used and the measures that we take to protect your information. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by or on behalf of us, including information collected through our website and mobile versions of our websites (collectively, the “Site”), our mobile app, and anywhere else where we display this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
When we refer to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that directly or indirectly identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual. This Privacy Policy does not apply to aggregated, de-identified or anonymous data.

DO NOT TRACK; THIRD-PARTY TRACKING
We do not track visitors of the Site over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. YOUR CHOICES
Unsubscribe Preferences. You may choose not to receive promotional emails any more by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the emails we send you and within the mobile app.
THIRD-PARTY SITES
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to any other third-party website, including those that may be linked to the Services. We do not control the privacy policies or practices of others nor the content or operation of these websites. We encourage you to ask questions and read the privacy policies of other websites before you disclose any personal information to them.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Pursuant to California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents with whom we have a business relationship can request information about the types of personal information, if any, we shared with third parties for the direct marketing purposes of the third parties and the identities of the third parties with whom we shared such information in the last 12 months. We do not share your personal information with third parties in this manner and have not done so in the last 12 months. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from such children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from such children, we will delete it. If you believe that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
INTERNATIONAL USE
Company is located in the United States. The Services and Site are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. If you are visiting the Site or using the Services from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, then your information will be accessed, transferred, stored, and processed by Company in the United States where data protection laws may differ from those in the country where you are located. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations regarding online conduct and website access.
